Basic Assembly
If you know anything about making tiers this is a piece of cake for you and if you don't know anything about making tiers. This is still a piece of cake. This does not have to be a 3 tiered stand.I can just be 1 or 2 use what you have or can get easily.
First thing you would do is find the center of you biggest plate. Now take your wine glass and glue place a line of glue around bottom and flip it so that top rim faces upwards and center the wine glass on the plate.
Wait a couple of minutes.
Now that the base is complete take your Medium Saucer Plate and put a layer of glue around the rim of the Wine Glass and Center the Saucer on top.
You might have to tilt a little just to make sure its even.
Now that you have both tiers.
Put a Layer of glue around the bottom base of the Candle Stick Stand and center it on the saucer plate.
Now Finally glue the top rim of the Candle Stick Stand and center your bowl.
Wait for a few minutes then test the strength of the assembly.
If your decorating or painting this is the time you would do so.
Let's Beautify this Baby!
After you have tested the strength of the Vanity Stand. Now you have to options you can spray paint it or foam paint.
If spray paint go to a well ventilated area or outside shield the things around your if you don't want it to get messed up. Spray on your base or primer depending on the color your going for remember that.
White makes the color more opaque or pop and Black darkens the color (for example: a white base with red paint would make the red more of a cherry red as suppose to the burgundy color you would receive if you used a black base) which each coat that you use give it time to dry in between and finish with a gloss so the color wouldn't chip. Krylon make dual spray paint one with that's a paint and primer and one that is a paint and glosser I suggest you use these if your going the spray pint route.
If spray paint isn't for you there's acrylic pain and it basically the same steps minus the need for ventilation.
After the paint is Dry you can now take your glue and glue around the rim of the tiers rathers its the peals or the rhinestones or ribbons or all three.
To really Jazz it up you can add a fake fabric rose on the middle tier.
Its your DIY so take it and run with it. Make it your own.
Ladies if your like how is a man going to like such a thing. Make a One tier Stand . If he's a sports kind of man this is prefect to put his Basketball, Football or His collection of Hits
