5 Shocking things about stress you probably don't know


You probably think stress isn’t a big deal. I thought so to until I had to study the effects of stress. Stress can cause mental disorders such as depression, infertility in women, abdominal fat, loss of memory and heart disease. Thats just to name a few. On the bright side you can relieve stress (we all know we can’t completely stop it from happening)

They’re many way to relieve stress you can organize your life by scheduling you daily task. Exercise can reduce stress as well. You can even pick up soothing hobbies such as painting, writing, drawing, dancing, and etc.

Even changing the way you approach your stressors (Those crazy things that cause stress) could reduce your amounts of stress dramatically. For example: Instead of anxiously approaching a event where you have to speak in front of a large crowd because somewhere in your mind you feel like your going to fail and you haven’t even started yet, You approach that event with the mindset that the crowd is going to love you can reduce the stress that comes with worrying.

I haven’t disclosed all the detail about stress because I don’t want you to simply take my word for it. You should do your own research on the topic.
